Felt

I worked with the team at Felt to put together animations for the public launch of their mapping product. Felt is a cloud-native mapping platform that simplifies the process of creating, collaborating on, and sharing simple or complex maps and data.

To begin, we put together a hero animation that demonstrated all of Felt's core features together in one animation: The ability to add layers, collaborate with others, and draw directly on the map.

We developed a series of three spot animations: Drawing, Data, and Internet Native, to demonstrate the core features of the product.

These animations lived on the homepage of their marketing website, and appeared on scroll. For social media, we cut them down slightly, added branded frames, and inserted some descriptions and a CTA at the end.

Later on, Felt asked me back to create several animations to demo how users might use the mapping software in specific contexts, such as with a friend or at a power company. Because we needed to show a lot of examples in each, I opted for a carousel style to show the breadth of use cases.
